Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect mails from one mailbox to another, create mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply specify the email box you wish to forward e-mails from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
